Dwight Eisenhower signs ''Ike'' in black marker to a typed letter dated 21 May 1962 on his personal gilt-monogrammed stationery. Addressed to his brother Edgar, ''You may or may not have seen a new magazine called 'USA - 1'. It is a magazine of monthly news and current history. In the May issue is an article...It is a partial history of the Supreme Court...you would find particularly interesting the latter part which deals with the tour of John Marshal [sic]...''
