''Report of the Fact-Finding Committee on Suitable Airport Facilities for the New York Metropolitan District,'' dated 29 November 1927. Interesting report details initial findings by various committee members for suitable airport locations, with five maps of recommended airport sites. One map includes top-choice notations of what would eventually become La Guardia, Kennedy and Newark airports. Newark opened on 1 October 1928, about a year after this report was published. 11pp. report measures 8.5'' x 11'' with glue residue and small chip to back cover and toning throughout. Overall, very good condition.
