Storyboard art from 1957 film ''Peyton Place''. The film is directed by Mark Robson and stars Lana Turner, Hope Lange, Lee Philips, Lloyd Nolan, and Diane Varsi in a drama about the scandalous personal lives of WWII-era small town residents. Lot comprises: one large and eight small drawings in pencil on yellow paper of scenes from the film. Large drawing is a scene captioned, ''Meteora Library''. Measures 14.75'' x 8'' and mounted to paper labeled, ''Peyton Place'' to an overall size of 21'' x 14.5''. The eight smaller drawings feature scenes of Joey, Rodney and Betty. Each measures 7'' x 3.5'', mounted to paper to an overall size of 11'' x 7.25''. Most are captioned lightly in pencil on the mat. Minor smudging, else drawings are near fine. Provenance from Bonhams.
