Its limitation page is signed, ''Eugene O'Neill'' in black ink. This play is known as O'Neill's commentary on social class, about a manual laborer who is terrorized by his feelings of isolation. It was first produced in 1922 to widespread acclaim and earned a run on Broadway. Runs 114pp. and comes bound in blue and orange paper boards with a black cloth spine featuring gilt lettering. Deckled edges. Measures 8'' x 10.5''. Fine. Housed in a fair black paper slipcase.
