Printed letter in English reads in part, ''...greeting to all concerned with the moral adoption program of atomic bombed orphans in Hiroshima...we are of firm belief that we have contributed in forming a steady flow of followers in establishing peace, for we have in certain ways taken a different stand from others whose means and thoughts may be considered based on so-called violence and destruction...There are many atom-bombed victims who are living hard on small means. This foundation has a great concern over such people...[signed] Kiyoshi Tanimoto''. Single page letter measures 8.25'' x 11.75''. Accompanied by original envelope and also by five-page ''Report to the Board of Directors of the Hiroshima Peace Center Associates in America.'' Folds to letter, else near fine.
