King George III silver and cut-glass epergne with a similar plated mirror plateau. With a Matthew Boulton, Birmingham, 1803 fully marking. Branches and base are numbered 1-4, plateau apparently unmarked. Epergne is on on four paw feet, the slender supports headed by lions masks and centered by a foliate finial, four reeded detachable branches, and complete with one large and four small oval cut-glass bowls, together with a similar silver-plate mirror plateau on paw feet. Epergne measures 17.5'' in length; plateau measures 24.25'' in length. Weighs 65oz, or 2021.5g. Near fine condition.
