Datelined within the text: ''Given at Our Royal Castle at Windsor'' 4 January 1810, document appoints Charles Richard Vaughan, Esq. as Secretary to the British Embassy in Spain. A seal bearing George's name is affixed to the left. Countersigned ''Wellesley'' by Richard Colley, Marquis. Five pages, beautifully bound with a black silk ribbon. Measures 8'' x 12.5''. Minimal creasing, else near fine.
