Jack Swigert's personally owned crew-signed lithograph, created by Apollo 13 mission insignia designer Lumen Winter as his artist's proof. Swigert, Fred Haise, Jr. and James Lovell each sign under their respective names; Winter additionally signs on the lower right margin and also writes ''Artists Proof'' on the lower left margin. All signatures are in pencil. Visible portion of lithograph measures 22.25'' x 30'', framed to 30.25'' x 38''. Not examined out of its original frame, appears near fine. With an LOA from Jack Swigert's niece.
