Johnson Space Center / NASA'' beneath a black and white photo of the Apollo 13 astronaut, with the verso showing Swigert's name again and his badge number A-036. Measures 2.5'' x 3.75'', not including clip at top. Near fine condition. With an LOA from Jack Swigert's niece.
