Anderson, Robert Hannegan, Tom C. Clark, Averell Harriman, James Forrestal, Robert P. Patterson, George C. Marshall and J.A. Krug. Image measures 9'' x 7'' within a 11.5'' x 11.5'' border. Some very small marks to border and signature of Clark is faint, else near fine condition.
