Hunter S. Thompson autograph letter signed "The Wizard of Woody Creek". In orange marker, Thompson writes to his friend Paul Semonin on 28 November 1966 on a postcard, in full, "Thanks for the quick fat - when can we expect you? Forget the book; arm yourself - the dialogue is over - Johnson is brought to bay - harden your hands. And send word to: The Wizard of Woody Creek". Postmarked 29 November 1966 on verso, with return address from Owl Farm in Colorado. Postcard measures 5.5" x 3.25". Near fine condition.
