Arthur Ashe worn Jacksonville Memorial Hospital ID band. Plastic encasement reads: "Memorial Hospital of Jacksonville" with printed ID tag reading, " Ashe Arthur R Jr / Chinoy Miner" with various numbers printed as well. He wore this bracelet, likely sometime in the early 1980's, when he was admitted to the hospital while in Jacksonville for a meeting of the ATP (Association of Tennis Players), whose headquarters were in Jacksonville. Cut tag measures 6.25" x .5" and is in very good condition. With an LOA from Ashe's widow.
