Hoover inscribes ''To George B. Aycrigg / With all good wishes from [signed] Herbert Hoover and [signed] Hugh Gibson / 1945''. Their dissertation on the Dumbarton Oaks agreements to create the United Nations runs 44pp. Navy cloth boards with silver lettering. Measures 5.25'' x 7.25''. Toning to pages and discoloration to rear board, else very good.
