McGranery, and Interior Secretary Oscar L. Chapman. With embossed stamp of photographer Harris & Ewing at lower right. Silver gelatin matte photo measures 13'' x 11''. Mounted to board with some creasing, and fading to some of the signatures. Very good condition with sharp contrast.
