Book contains letter written by publisher and special introduction by Vidal for this collector's edition. Gilt edges with satin bookmark ribbon sewn into binding. Moire silk endpapers and raised bands on the backstrip make this a beautiful edition of Vidal's novel concerning Lincoln. Near fine condition.
