Signed ''Douglas MacArthur'' along the bottom edge. Note measures 4.75'' x 2.25'', encapsulated by PCGS to a size of 8.125'' x 4.5''. MacArthur's signature has also been authenticated by PSA/DNA, with certification number on the encapsulation. Graded 35 Choice VF by PCGS.
