Pen used by President Franklin D. Roosevelt to sign H.R. 2350, a bill which made it easier for veterans and their families to collect their military pensions. Dixon pen is accompanied by a letter on White House stationery dated 3 March 1944 to Lt. Colonel D.R. Wolverton, stating that the pen was used to sign the bill by President Roosevelt on 1 March 1944. Pen measures 8.625'' long with nib, framed with the letter to a size of 10.125'' x 12.125''. Some wear to frame, and toning and light discoloration to mat and letter. Overall very good condition.
