First edition of ''The Man in the High Castle'' by Philip K. Dick, which won the prestigious Hugo award in 1963 and was adapted for a television series in 2015. New York: G.P. Putnam's Sons, 1962. First edition shows ''D36'' on page 239 as called for, and comes complete in original dust jacket with $3.95 price. Bound in publisher's black cloth boards with top edge yellow. A few small closed tears and creasing to dust jacket, in very good condition. Very light shelf wear and some toning to endpapers, otherwise book is near fine.
