Signed ''Fidel Castro'' and countersigned by Osvaldo Dorticos Torrado as President and Raul Roa Garcia as Minister of Foreign Affairs. With the blind-stamped embossed seals of the three offices over their respective signatures. Measures 8'' x 10.25''. A bit of toning and margin wear, overall very good plus condition.
