Ernest Hemingway signed limited first edition of his post-WWI classic, ''A Farewell to Arms'', the only signed limited edition of Hemingway's works. New York: Charles Scribner's Sons, 1929. Published 27 September 1929 in a limited edition of 510 numbered copies, this being number 313, boldly signed ''Ernest Hemingway'' in black fountain pen. Measures 6.25'' x 9.5''. Book is in very good condition, with some wear and discoloration to vellum and paper boards. Replacement black leather label on spine. Interior is near fine, with no markings. Housed in an attractive custom clamshell box.
