Emmy Award statue presented at the 1984-1985 Daytime Emmy's, hosted by the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. This award was presented to Dan Brumett, Video Tape Editor for ''The Young and the Restless'' for Outstanding Achievement by a Drama Series Technical Team. Full-sized Emmy award represents an iconic winged woman holding an atom made of metal, standing on the slightly convex, grid-lined surface of a round metal base. The base's flat perimeter reads ''The National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences''. Front section is engraved with 6 lines naming the award, its category and recipient. Measures 15.5'' in total height with a 7.5'' diameter base. Weighs 6 lbs., 9.5 oz. Black felt lining is affixed to underside. Light tarnishing to base and statue; overall very good condition.
