Volume centers on women in politics, beginning with an overview paying tribute to suffragist pioneers Elizabeth Cady Stanton and Susan B. Anthony and running through the era of the book's publication. The final chapter is entitled ''How To Break Into Politics'' and includes the sage advice, ''...Don't ever let yourself become just another party hack!...'' Runs 312pp. Bound in blue cloth boards with silver lettering to spine. Measures 6'' x 8.5''.
