Dennis Hopper's ''Distinguished Movie Maker Mentor'' Award given by the Creative Coalition. Award medal was bestowed upon Hopper at the world-famous Sundance Film Festival on 21 January 2008. Gold-tone medal has the organization's logo printed in black at center, surrounded by the title of the award and year given. Plain printed center is within a sunken border, with a laurel sprig design in relief. Medal suspends from a red, white and blue striped ribbon. Measures 2.75'' in diameter and weighs 3.75 ounces or 111 grams. Near fine. With a COA from Paul Minelli, who handled Hopper's estate.
