The illustration depicts a voluptuous lingerie-clad woman in bed with a shirtless man. Art is mounted to paperboard bearing the caption, ''How time flies! Yesterday I was wondering how to make your acquaintance. Today, you feel as I had known you forever!'' Surrounding the caption are variations the artist decided against.
