Secret Service agent Clint Hill signed photo, showing Hill in the moments after the fatal shooting of President John F. Kennedy. Hill was in the car immediately following the President and First Lady and, when he saw the shooting, ran to overtake the Presidential limousine, crawled up on the trunk and used his body as a shield to protect the Kennedys.
