Civil War magic lantern slide of the interior of a destroyed mansion (''the Dunlop colonial mansion on Bollingbrook Street'') in Petersburg, Virginia after a battle during the siege of the city in 1864. Slide is made from a plastic material, rather than glass, cased in masking tape. Measures 4'' x 3.25''. Very good condition.
