''Blondie'' comic strip hand-drawn and signed by Chic Young from 7 October 1946 titled ''Neat But Not Gaudy''. In this 4 frame strip, Dagwood decides to forgo shaving, but Blondie won't let him out of the house in such a state, so he half-removes his button-down shirt to shave, but forgets to put it back, heading down the street with the shirt trailing behind him. Measures 19'' x 6.5''. Uniform toning and light discoloration, overall very good.
