Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame ring awarded to Chet Walker upon his 7 September 2012 induction. Walker's niche in the NBA is a distinctive one: the agile forward was named to the first ever all-rookie NBA team and won the 1967 NBA Championship as part of the team widely considered the greatest of all time, the 1967 Philadelphia 76ers. Walker's career then continued to impress, and the champion athlete concluded his career playing with the Chicago Bulls his last six seasons, scoring a total of 18,831 points in his epic career. After retiring as an athlete Walker authored an autobiography, ''Long Time Coming: A Black Athlete's Coming-Of-Age in America'' and then became a successful producer in Hollywood. Walker was formally inducted into the prestigious Hall of Fame on 7 September 2012 in Springfield, Massachusetts. 10k gold Jostens ring.
