Charles Schulz hand-drawn ''Peanuts'' comic strip, published on 2 February 1962. Charlie Brown and Lucy wax philosophical, with Charlie Brown reflecting that they're in the ''copper'' years of their lives, rather than the golden years. Of course, in 1962, ''Peanuts'' was in its ''golden age'', at the height of the strip's popularity. United Feature Syndicate label appears on first panel. Strip measures 28.5'' x 6.5''. Single fold at center of strip is reinforced on verso. In beautiful, near fine condition with no toning. Custom double-matting accompanies the strip.
