The beloved ''Peanuts'' dog is sketched in profile with scrambling feet and ears flying behind him and signed ''Schulz'' below on the very first page. His Snoopy-centered book is the fifth ''Peanuts'' book and features publisher's R on the copyright page as a first edition. Unpaginated book with a pair of four-panel comics on every page is bound in pictorial paper softcovers. Measures 5.25'' x 8''. Foxing and toning, else near fine.
