Wild West icon Buffalo Bill Cody cabinet card photo. The photo features a facsimile signature of William Cody AKA Buffalo Bill, and credits the photography studio ''Stacy, Brooklyn''. As a scout during the American Civil War, Cody was a Medal of Honor recipient. He toured his cowboy show across America and Europe during the late 19th century, enjoying huge popularity. Glossy cabinet card photo with gilt edges measures 4'' x 6.5'' in fine condition.
