Basil Rathbone, of Sherlock Holmes fame, signs a program from a 1957 play in which he starred. The Tony award-winning performer signs ''Basil Rathbone'' in blue ink on the program's front page, which contains only his photo and bio. His name headlines the New Jersey Paper Mill Playhouse's production of Agatha Christie's ''Witness for the Prosecution.'' His photo also appears on an inside page featuring the different artists involved with the theater. Among them can be found Lillian Gish. Runs 20pp. Measures 8.5'' x 10.75''. Light toning and soiling. Very good.
