Earthrise photo from Apollo 8, one of the most famous Apollo images showing, for the first time, the Earth from the vantage point of the moon. Rare black and white photo is encapsulated by PSA as Type III, a second generation press photo developed at the time the image was originally taken. Verso has stamp from Keystone Press Agency and information about the photo pasted on. Trimmed along top and bottom edges to a size of 10'' x 8'', encapsulated to 13.25'' x 9.75''. Some discoloration to edges, overall very good.
