United States flag flown aboard the Apollo 13 mission, affixed to a NASA certificate signed by all three astronauts. Certificate with Apollo 13 printed insignia reads: ''This flag was on board Apollo XIII during its flight and Emergency Return to Earth'' and signed, ''Jim Lovell'', ''Jack Swigert'' and ''Fred Haise''. Certificate measures 10'' x 12'', and United States flag measures approximately 5.75'' x 3.75''. Minor show-through of glue from verso of flag; overall in near fine condition. From the Jack Swigert estate and with an LOA from his sister.
