Apollo 13 crew-signed NASA photo. The trio of astronauts smiling here in business suits each sign the official NASA picture. Signed by commander ''Jim Lovell'', command module pilot ''Jack Swigert'' and lunar module pilot ''Fred Haise'' in black felt tip upon the Moon globe in the foreground. Two days after Apollo 13's launch on 11 April 1970, an oxygen tank exploded and the crew was forced to abandon the mission and fly back to Earth in the dangerously compromised spacecraft. A dedication, likely by Swigert, to the upper left reads: ''To the Coles''. Semi-matte photo measures 10'' x 8''. Toning and album adhesive residue to verso, else fine.
