American flag flown aboard the Apollo 13 mission, affixed to a NASA certificate signed by all three astronauts. Certificate with Apollo 13 printed insignia reads: ''This flag was on board Apollo XIII during its flight and Emergency Return to Earth.'' Certificate is signed, ''Jim Lovell'', ''Jack Swigert'' and ''Fred Haise'', inscribed, ''To Ron / With best wishes from the Apollo XVIII Crew''. Certificate measures 9.5'' x 11.5'' and is framed to an overall size of 15'' x 17''. United States flag measures 6'' x 4''. Some minor show-through of glue from verso of flag in four spots and minor toning to certificate, else near fine.
