Dated 9 May 1801, Jackson here confirms testimony from an individual regarding a land indenture. Document measures 7.75'' x 12.5'', with scalloped top edge. Heavy wear, with splitting along fold lines. Fold through Jackson's signature. Overall in good condition with bold writing and signature by Jackson.
