American actor (1920-1980) best remembered as the character ''Farina'' in the Our Gang film shorts of the 1920s and early '30s. At the end of his decade-long stint with the series in 1931, Hoskins was the most popular and highest paid of the juvenile stars in the series. Scarce vintage matte-finish 3.5 x 5.5 photo of the young Hoskins in a sailor suit at the height of his juvenile popularity, signed in ink ''Allen 'Farina' Hoskins.'' Light silvering to dark portions and a hint of subtle edge wear, otherwise fine condition.
