Alan Bean signed Apollo Lunar Orbit Chart (ALO) for the Apollo 12 mission, for which Bean served as Lunar Module Pilot. Bean signs in blue felt-tip near Landing Site 5, ''Alan Bean / Apollo XII LMP / (Backup Site 5)''. Lunar map shows the trajectory for Revolutions 1, 18, 19, 38, 39 and 45, with an anticipated 16 November 1969 launch date, two days later than the actual launch. Map is the first edition of the ALO, published 8 October 1969, prepared by the Aeronautical Chart and Information Center for NASA. Chart measures 41'' x 12''. Light edgewear, overall near fine condition.
