Alan Bean signed Apollo Lunar Orbit Chart (ALO) for the Apollo 12 mission, for which Bean served as Lunar Module Pilot. Bean signs in blue marker near Landing Site 5, ''Alan Bean / Apollo XII'' and draws a five-point star above his name. Lunar map shows the trajectory for Revolutions 1, 18, 19, 38, 39 and 45, with an anticipated 16 November 1969 launch date, two days later than the actual launch. Map is the first edition of the ALO, published 8 October 1969, prepared by the Aeronautical Chart and Information Center for NASA. Chart measures 41'' x 12''. Light abrasions along margins, likely from tape removal, otherwise in near fine condition, folded in fourths as issued.
