Academy Award nomination certificate for ''Under Siege.'' John Leveque and Bruce Stambler are nominated for Outstanding Achievement in Sound Effects Editing. The 1992 film starred Steven Seagal as a former Navy SEAL in charge of defending the USS Missouri ship from Tommy Lee Jones' band of terrorist mercenaries. The pictorial document is signed by the Academy president and secretary. Black, white, grey and gold certificate measures 8.5'' x 11'' and comes sharply matted to an overall size of 13'' x 15.5''. Fine.
