Vellum document features a prominent signature by Lincoln with his full name, ''Abraham Lincoln'', decorative military vignettes, and green paper seal. Countersigned by Secretary of War Edwin Stanton. Measures 14.75'' x 18.375''. Folds including one through top of signature. Unusually bright vellum displays beautifully, in near fine condition.
