Otto'' in Washington, DC. A federal court judge in Indiana, Lincoln tapped William Tod Otto to serve as Assistant Secretary to the Interior once he was elected President. As this address is to Otto's Washington, DC residence, it's likely that it was penned by Lincoln as President. Cover measures 5.5'' x 3''. Tear from opening, though not affecting signature or handwriting. Very good condition. With University Archives COA.
