Ticket to the 37th annual Oscars in 1965, where ''My Fair Lady'' led the night with 8 awards including Best Picture. Lot includes ticket to both the ceremony and the Governors Ball afterwards, housed in its original envelope locating the ceremony at the Santa Monica Civil Auditorium on 5 April 1965 at 6:30 PM. Ticket indicates the table number 320 and gives information on the Governors Ball, at the Beverly Hilton Ballroom at 9:00 PM. A traffic congestion warning is also included as part of the original package. Ticket advertises ''Formal'' wear and ''Dancing'', as well as the 1965 price of $25.00. Envelope measures 7.5'' x 4'' with ticket measuring 6.25'' x 3''. Traffic congestion warning measure 6'' x 2.75''. Some creasing, otherwise near fine.
