Leon Shamroy's 1952 Color Cinematography Academy Award nomination for ''Prince of Foxes'' starring Orson Welles. Nomination comes on the heels of Shamroy's ''three-peat'' performance at the Oscars, having won the three prior times he was nominated. Certificate is signed both by then-president and secretary of the Academy and includes an official silver Academy seal affixed to lower left. Certificate measures 10'' x 11.5''. Dampstaining along left edge, some wear and light toning, overall in good condition.
