An original hand-drawn ''Peanuts'' comic strip by Charlies Schulz, appearing in print on 19 March 1953. The two most iconic ''Peanuts'' characters, Charlie Brown and Snoopy star in this scene, in which Charlie endearingly tells Snoopy that he's the only one who listens to him, prompting Snoopy to yawn. United Features Syndicate label affixed to the bottom edge of panel 4 indicates the year as 1953, with Snoopy content especially rare during the early years of the series. Mounted to board and matted to a size of 32'' x 10.25''. Usual vertical crease through center and light area of spotting, else near fine.
