Moe Howard's script for ''Pardon My Terror'', dated 21 March 1946, approximately six weeks before Curly's stroke. The script was written as a vehicle for The Three Stooges, but unproduced by them because of Curly's stroke, and then rewritten for the comedy duo Schilling & Lane. However, the writer Edward Bernds always felt it was better suited for the Stooges and reverted back to this script, changing Curly's role to Shemp, for his 1949 film ''Who Done It?'', one of the most beloved Three Stooges films of all time. The caper was even remade in 1956 as ''For Crimin' Out Loud'', the last Stooges film to star Shemp. Script runs 36pp., with Moe's hand annotations throughout, clearly done before Curly's stroke. A note on the cover reads ''Uncle Babe [Curly] / 12:30''. Unbound script has some chipping and creasing, but overall in very good condition.
