Large collection related to the actor George C. Scott, from the estate of his agent Jane Deacy. Collection includes hundreds of pages of documents, movie and personal photos and other items related to Scott's acting career. Sampling of items include:

1) Dozens of photos of Scott from his acting career, including from ''Patton'', which earned Scott his Academy Award and ''Dr. Strangelove''. Scott's personal photos of his family and friends are also present, comprising about two dozen. Other slides and photos are present including large 16'' x 20'' photos of Scott from his various acting performances.

2) Various awards including Scott's Emmy nomination for the 1971 production of ''Jane Eyre''. Certificate measures 8'' x 10'' in original Emmy folder. A lovely gold colored engraved metal card from The Shubert Organization conferring a Life Time Pass to Scott for his contribution to American theatre is also included.

3) Letter from George S. Patton's daughter, complimenting Scott on his portrayal of the iconic General, writing that ''I went in fear and trembling with a chip on my shoulder as big as a fist, and came away deeply moved...'' Personal letter spans two typed pages, unsigned.

4) Scott's copy of his ''Esquire'' article, ''Sorry About That / Vietnam Impressions'', with handwritten edits to the typed article, likely done by Scott.

5) Scott's copy of the script for ''The Nixon Tapes'', a project where Scott narrated portions of the tape.

6) Custom bound photos from the 1984 film ''A Christmas Carol'' where Scott played Ebeneezer Scrooge. Collection of about 30 photos, each measuring 7'' x 10'', are bound to individual pages in the book.

7) Stack of documents related to Scott's likeness for the Movieland Wax Museum.

8) Hundreds of pages related to a project by the author Tom Leith, who seemed to be interviewing people who knew Scott for a retrospective on his acting career.

9) Press clipping, theatre programs, posters and correspondence from Scott's various acting roles, including congratulatory letters after ''Patton'' premiered.

10) Large charcoal sketch of Scott as General Patton, measuring 19.75'' x 25.5''. Sketch is signed by artist Dina Delchambre and dated 1969.

With a multitude of other documents, include a copy of the signed contract for Scott to star in ''Patton'', and a large framed comic strip from ''Berry's World'' about military brass responding to Scott's portrayal. A framed photo of Scott and Deacy is also included. Documents and photos range in condition, most very good.
