Printed card-style invitation opens to loose portraits of the President and VP. Program has a gilt presidential seal on the front and runs 4pp. Bound with a red, white and blue ribbon. Invitation measures 6.5'' x 10''. Program measures 6.25'' x 9''. Near fine.
