Signed ''Norman Rockwell'' in pencil at the bottom right of the portrait and numbered at lower left #229 of 2500. Thoughtful and sensitive interpretation captures the 35th President in all of his complexity, painted by Rockwell during the 1960 Presidential election. Lithograph measures 14.75'' x 20''. With COA from the Norman Rockwell museum. Near fine condition.
